Fully interactive VR experience in a 4 level project where you need not only present the soon to be constructed townhouse but also narrate the user through the design as a sales personal while keeping it engaging, exiting and not overwhelming.
For that, the project needed to be adaptable depending on the user. You could be guided through a pre-set hotspots, or you could have the ability to choose which hotspot to choose to go after and interact with your close surroundings or walk across the rooms, open doors, experience the fully 3D built townhouse.
